The procedure for submitting applications to Fireclaw
Please read these instructions carefully before sending us your work.
PE “Fireclaw Ukraine” is now accepting submissions from writers, poets, and artists.
If you’re willing to sell your products on our platform, please submit your work according to the following requirements.
Comics
You should have a finished project with 4 episodes or more. Put “Submissions: Comics” as the topic of your email, and include the names of the authors of the comic in the body of your email. Attach the sample: at least one episode of the story, along with a detailed explanation of the comic (including genre, synopsis, and character bios).
Books and short stories
Your project should be finished by the time you submit your proposal. Put “Submissions: Books” as the topic of your email, and include the name of the authors, and the idea in the body of your email. Attach the sample (up to 10 pages) of your story with a detailed explanation of the genre, the character bios, and the synopsis (and yes, we want spoilers).
Poems
Put “Submissions: Poems” as the topic of your email, including the name of the authors, the general volume, and the main idea of your poetry collection. Attach at least 2 poems as a sample of your work. Submitting proposals and using the Fireclaw Ukraine platform as a marketplace, the authors confirm that the Work produced is unique and original, does not infringe upon any other author’s copyright, and the intellectual property rights to the Work have not been exclusively granted to third parties. Fireclaw Ukraine is not responsible for any infringement of copyright committed by the authors.
By using the Fireclaw Ukraine website platform as a marketplace, the authors keep all the copyrights to their Work while authorizing Fireclaw Ukraine to receive the materials. By submitting the proposal, the author accepts and agrees to the above conditions and the Fireclaw Ukraine Terms and Conditions. Please, send the submissions to fireclaw@fireclaw.com.ua
You should expect to hear from us regarding your submission only if the editorial team wishes to accept your work. At the moment, Fireclaw Ukraine accepts samples of earlier unpublished artwork, as well as scripts/series from artists, writers, and creative groups. If your team has no artist, but we like your proposal, we’ll find an artist for your project.
